Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that allowed Imperial Guard Requisition Orders to be dropped on the ground.
Fixed a bug that prevented some Weapons of Purity from being upgraded.

Updated French text for Winds of Change.
Dye purchased from Rosa Salvitas renamed as "Rosa's Dye [Pink]."
Vials of Dye [Pink] now drop and can be traded in the same manner as other colors of dye.
